Which class should I attend?
The age categories stated are a guide for dancers and most occasions, new starters will attend the age category noted in the timetable. If you’re unsure which is the best class for you, please do contact us for help.
Can I dance in a higher age category class?
Sometimes there will be exceptions to the age categories and when a dancer reaches a level that is higher than their current class, they will be moved up accordingly.
What is FDA Advanced? (HULL only)
FDA advanced will mostly be made up of dancers 15+. If however – dancers are dancing at a higher level than their current age class and would benefit from the advanced training – dancers may be moved up to this class.
How I join competition training or an FDA team?
Entry into competition classes is usually done via audition/observation. Feel free to ask us in class or contact us for more information on joining the competition team.
